Returns & Exchanges

Contact us by phone 1-800-805-2118 or at tech@cyclebrakes.comin advance of sending merchandise back. All requests for returns/exchanges must accompany a copy of the invoice and an explanation of the problem (email correspondence will be enough in most cases). We will need your phone number in the event a question arises. (Note: Manufacturer technicians for Galfer USA, 1-800-685-6633, attend many AFM & AMA track days in California and can provide face-to-face support for their products. EBC technician can be contacted at 1-425-485-7610.)

Refunds are gladly given if the item is returned within 30-days of original purchase. Items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be given on any product returned to us that cannot be sold by us as a new product. We will NOT reimburse shipping & handling costs and reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 15%.  (Please read this entire section.)

 

There are no refunds or returns allowed for custom brake lines... however, we will help you as much as possible with advice on measurements and fittings if you want to order custom lines. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns/exchanges unless the item is determined to be the wrong part number or defective. Note: the customer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs, especially if parts have been changed on the motorcycle that causes OEM-Replacement part not to fit.

 

Exchanges may be authorized if you have received the wrong part number or the product is defective. All exchanges must first pass through the tech department for trouble shooting prior to returning the item. Kindly provide email & phone number so that our tech department may contact you or your mechanic. (Please read this entire section.)

Note: Pay Pal customers may be subject to slight variations due to the Pay Pal rules, regulations and guidelines.

All Cycle Brakes products are used at your own risk and per manufacturers warranty. We require that a professional motorcycle mechanic (try your local dealership) install the parts to validate the product guarantees. Even dealers need assistance from time to time, and are welcome to contact our tech email address: tech@cyclebrakes.com.
